LONE CIVILIAN ARMED RESPONDER You are the only person guaranteed to be at all of your emergencies! My mission in life is to become the most capable "Self Responder" I can possibly be, while helping teach others how they can do the same for themselves. My company, LCAR Concepts', purpose/ focus is training people to be able to protect themselves and those innocent people around them. If you could call a # and immediately have someone there to help you deal with any emergency, what would that person look like? What would they bring with them? What skills would they have? etc? Picture that person clearly in your mind..."They" are not coming to save you...Now look in the mirror, do you stack up? Decide to change what you see to be more like that hero you want with you at all times. Be that to those around you!
